How long does a service wash take?
Usually one to two working days. If you need something back sooner, let us know at drop-off and we will check whether that is possible.
Can you clean a feather or down duvet?
Yes. We handle these regularly. The drying stage matters as much as the wash — a duvet that has not dried fully through the filling can develop mildew. We make sure it is done properly before it comes back to you.
Do I need to separate my laundry before bringing it in?
You do not have to. We sort colours from whites and identify anything that needs special handling. If you already know that certain items need a cold wash or are delicate, it helps to mention it when you drop off.
Is pressing included in the service wash?
Folding is included. Pressing is an optional add-on. If you want specific items — shirts, for example — pressed and returned on hangers rather than folded flat, just say so at drop-off.
