A short coat is £17.99. A three-quarter length coat is £18.99. A standard coat is £19.99. A full-length long coat is £24.99. These prices include cleaning and pressing. A coat pressed on a flat board rather than a proper form loses its shape fast — we use the right equipment so it comes back looking like a coat, not a sheet.
Staining around collars and cuffs is extremely common on coats worn regularly. We pre-treat those areas before the main clean. If a coat has a particularly heavy collar stain — from makeup, skincare products, or prolonged wear — we will flag it and discuss what is achievable before starting.

A puffer coat that has not been dried thoroughly through the fill can smell musty and lose its loft permanently.

Burberry coats require more than a standard dry cleaning cycle. The fabric, the lining, the check pattern alignment, and in some cases the leather trim — all of these need individual attention.

Wool coats should not go through a home washing machine. Water and agitation cause the fibres to felt — an irreversible process where the wool tightens and the coat shrinks and stiffens. Dry cleaning uses solvent rather than water, which cleans the wool without triggering that process.
Between cleans, brush the coat after wearing to remove surface lint and debris. Hang it on a wide, shaped hanger. Let it breathe before storing it. A wool coat cared for this way stays in good condition for far longer than one that is washed wrongly once and never recovers.

Yes. Remove the lining before bringing it in if it is designed to be detached. We clean the outer and the lining separately and return both together. If they are not separable, we handle both as one piece.
My coat smells musty from storage. Can you fix that?
Dry cleaning removes the source of the smell along with any ingrained dirt. Most mustiness from storage clears completely after a full clean. If the smell is particularly strong, mention it when you drop off.
Can you dry clean a coat with a faux fur collar or trim?
It depends on how the trim is attached and what it is made from. Bring the coat in and we will check the trim before quoting. Most faux fur trims on coats handle the dry cleaning process well when the cycle is adjusted appropriately.
Is dry cleaning better than washing a wool coat at home?
For most wool coats, yes. Home washing risks shrinkage and felting that cannot be reversed. Dry cleaning removes dirt without water, which protects the fibre structure and the coat’s shape.
